Day 5 of the BWSC25

We kicked off the day under clear blue skies at 8:09 AM. Around 80 km in, we hit our first challenge: a puncture to our wheel due a construction site. Luckily, we reached the control stop and carried out repair and thanks to full sunshine, we nearly maxed out our battery charge.

The last two hours of the day were tough, with heavy rain making charging nearly impossible. But Silvretta handled it like a champ. When the sun disappears, it all comes down to strategy and aerodynamics. And that's exactly where we put our trust. Our simulations factor in everything: weather, wind, sun angle, and now, it’s all coming into play.
